In order to avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions during transport, we minimize the transport distance of our orders by sending them directly from our production location to you.
Because we avoid extra distribution hubs, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive, but each air mile avoided saves about 52 pounds of CO2 from the atmosphere.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. After that, the shipping times listed above apply.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If you have not received a tracking update for your order for a while, this is generally due to an error on the part of the courier. Your order will still likely be delivered within the specified time frame.
